The comedy brunch takes place at LB Tavern inside the Lord Baltimore Hotel in Charles Center. Head to the hotel for the tavern and your show.

The hotel is near CFG Bank Arena and within walking distance of the Baltimore Convention Center and Inner Harbor. That makes brunch and a show an easy anchor for an afternoon downtown. Allow extra travel time when nearby venues have major events.

Parking and getting here

The hotel lists several public garages nearby, including the underground garage at 100 West Fayette Street. Garage prices and availability can change, so check the operator’s current details before your trip. Parking is separate from comedy show admission.

Brunch, mimosas, and the bill

Your ticket covers admission to the comedy show and the opening close-up magic. Food and drinks are purchased separately from LB Tavern. Each guest must order at least one food item and one drink.

Order from the tavern’s available menu when you arrive. Mimosas and other drinks are part of the dining experience, with purchases made separately from your ticket. For current menu or dietary questions, check with LB Tavern.

While you place your food and drink orders, a close-up magician opens the experience. The main show follows with host Walter Gottlieb and guest stand-up comedians.

Booking your comedy brunch

Choose a performance on the Poe’s Comedy Cabaret ticket calendar. Admission is $18 per person, the show is for ages 18 and over, and each performance has a capacity of 50 guests.

Every second Sunday, the brunch runs from noon to 2 PM. Check your chosen performance for its specific date and confirmed guest lineup. Walter is the regular host; guests change between shows. When a future lineup is being announced, the listing will direct you to check for updates.
